Midwest Law Journal, Vol XXXIV, 2024, No. 1 - Now Available!!
The Midwest Law Journal
The Midwest Legal Journal is the official publication of the MALSB (Midwest Association of Legal Studies in Business). The mission of the MLJ is to publish articles of general interest to teachers of business law, the legal environment, and related fields of law. The MLJ is listed on Cabells, and is accessible on Westlaw and LexisNexis. The MLJ is deposited in hard volumes in over 100 public and university libraries (ISSN: 2572-8741), free of charge. At the 2019 MALSB Annual Meeting, the MALSB adopted Electronic Publishing as the means to disseminate the Midwest Law Journal.
The MLJ is double-blind peer-reviewed journal with the acceptance rate of under 25 percent. Acceptance is year round on a rolling basis. The review process generally takes between 2-3 months. We are now accepting submissions.

Publication Requirements
1. The article must be original and not previously published. Concurrent submission of the same article to other journals is permitted to the extent the author provides notice of other submissions and promptly notifies MLJ if the article was accepted for publication elsewhere.
2. The topics should be related to business law, the legal environment, and related fields of law. Pedagogical articles are welcome..

Relation to MALSB Conference
Presenting an article at the MALSB Annual Conference does not constitute submission for publication in the MLJ. Authors who present at the conference are strongly encouraged to submit their articles to the MLJ by (See note above) May 1st.
