The Midwest Law Journal

The Midwest Legal Journal is the official publication of the MALSB (Midwest Association of Legal Studies in Business).  The mission of the MLJ is to publish articles of general interest to teachers of business law, the legal environment, and related fields of law. The MLJ is listed on Cabells, and is accessible on Westlaw and LexisNexis. The MLJ is deposited in hard volumes in over 100 public and university libraries (ISSN: 2572-8741), free of charge. At the 2019 MALSB Annual Meeting, the MALSB adopted Electronic Publishing as the means to disseminate the Midwest Law Journal.

The MLJ is double-blind peer-reviewed journal with the acceptance rate of under 25 percent. Acceptance is year round on a rolling basis. The review process generally takes between 2-3 months. We are now accepting submissions.
